Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Psychedelic experiences can bring forward emotions, memories, insights, and perspectives that may continue to unfold long after the experience itself. Preparation and integration therapy offers a space to approach this work with intention, curiosity, and care.
Whether you're preparing for a psychedelic experience or looking for support in making sense of one you've already had, we can explore what you're experiencing before, during, and after the journey.
Preparation
Creating a foundation for your experience
Preparation is an opportunity to slow down and thoughtfully explore what you're hoping to understand, heal, or discover through your psychedelic experience. Together, we can clarify intentions, explore hopes and fears, and consider your emotional readiness and support needs.
Preparation can also help you develop grounding and nervous-system awareness practices to use during and after your experience. The goal isn't to predict or control what will happen, but to help you approach the experience with curiosity, intention, and openness.
Integration
Making meaning of what emerged
Integration is the process of exploring what continues to unfold after a psychedelic experience. You may find yourself reflecting on emotions, memories, sensations, insights, relationships, or shifts in perspective that emerged during the experience.
Together, we can make space for what you're noticing without rushing to interpret or assign meaning. Integration can help you connect your experience with your everyday life and explore how its insights—or its challenges—might inform your ongoing healing and growth.
A Space Without Judgment
Psychedelic experiences can be deeply personal and sometimes difficult to put into words. My role is not to tell you what your experience means or what you should take from it. Instead, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore what emerged with curiosity and without judgment.
We can make room for both the beauty and the complexity of these experiences, allowing meaning to unfold at its own pace.
A Note About Legality & Safety
Psychedelic laws vary by substance, location, and circumstance and continue to evolve. My psychedelic preparation and integration work does not include providing, supplying, administering, or facilitating access to psychedelic substances. I provide psychotherapy to support clients before and/or after psychedelic experiences.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any psychedelic experience they participate in is lawful and takes place within an appropriate and safe setting. I encourage clients to seek qualified medical guidance regarding any medical or physical considerations related to psychedelic use.
