Individual Therapy for Adults in NY & CT

A space to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful change.

Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and begin to understand yourself in a new way. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers an opportunity to slow down and listen to what may be asking for your attention.

I provide individual therapy for adults in New York and Connecticut. Sessions are available in person in Newburgh, NY, and virtually for clients who are located in both states where I am licensed to practice. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing involves the whole person—not just our thoughts, but our bodies, nervous systems, emotions, relationships, and sense of meaning. Together, we'll explore what is happening beneath the surface, develop greater awareness and self-compassion, and create space for meaningful change.

My Perspective on Healing

I believe healing begins with awareness and connection. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or trying to change what feels difficult, I invite you to become curious about what your experiences may be communicating.

My work draws from humanistic, somatic, and interpersonal neurobiology approaches, with an understanding that our experiences are shaped by the connection between our minds, bodies, nervous systems, and relationships.

Therapy may involve talking and reflecting, but it can also involve noticing sensations in the body, exploring emotions as they arise, developing greater awareness of your nervous system, and paying attention to what is happening in the present moment. Together, we work to understand patterns that may no longer serve you while creating new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and others.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

We can start exactly where you are.

What Brings People to Therapy?

Feeling Stuck
When old patterns, emotions, or ways of coping no longer seem to be working.

Anxiety, Depression & Trauma
Support for navigating difficult emotions, past experiences, and the impact they can have on your life and relationships.

Life Transitions & Relationships
A space to explore change, uncertainty, connection, boundaries, and the relationships that shape your life.

Therapy isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating more freedom in how you respond to your life.

Together, we will work at a pace that feels supportive to you.
