• I offer a sliding scale for self-pay clients in an effort to make therapy more accessible. Please choose the rate that feels most sustainable for you. If you are unsure, we can discuss this together. Payment is collected at the time of the session.

    Individual Therapy: $125-225

    Ketamine Dosing Session: $450-850

I believe healing should be accessible, and I don’t want cost to prevent you from getting the support you need. If finances are a concern, please reach out to discuss the sliding scale above.

  • Current insurances accepted are Aetna, Anthem and Tricare. Clients are responsible for any applicable deductibles, copays, or coinsurance. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your specific mental health benefits and coverage details.

For clients using other insurance plans, out-of-network benefits may be available depending on your coverage. A superbill will be provided upon request to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying their out-of-network benefits directly with their insurance provider.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

In-person sessions are available Thursdays in Newburgh, NY.

Virtual sessions are available Monday through Friday, with a limited number of evening spots on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Please note: Ketamine dosing sessions are always held in person to ensure safety and support throughout the experience.

  • Please note that I am currently only working with individuals over the age of 18. I’m happy to offer referrals for couples, families, or children.

Therapy is for anyone who is curious about themselves and willing to explore their inner world with honesty and compassion.

You are a good candidate for therapy with me if you:

    • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck

    • Are navigating trauma, grief, or loss

    • Struggle with depression or persistent self-doubt

    • Are seeking deeper meaning, growth, or spiritual exploration

    • Feel disconnected from yourself or others

    • Want to improve your relationships

    • Are moving through a life transition

    • Feel a quiet sense that “something needs attention”

You do not have to be in crisis for therapy to be helpful.
You don’t need to have the “right words.”
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

My ideal client is someone willing to show up — just as they are — and be gently supported in understanding themselves more fully.

Therapy works best when there is openness, consistency, and a readiness to engage in the process. It’s less about being “broken” and more about being willing to grow.

If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, that’s completely normal. A consultation can help us explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • Ketamine Assisted Therapy is offered in collaboration with a licensed medical provider who will determine whether ketamine treatment is clinically appropriate for you. Rather than following a rigid protocol, I work collaboratively with you and the provider to determine the timing, pacing and overall course of treatment based on your unique needs and readiness. This work is for you and on the timeline we co-create.

    1) Preparation (Required)

A minimum of three preparation sessions are required before beginning ketamine sessions. This time is devoted to building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a sense of safety and trust—both in the process and within yourself. Together, we explore your history, current symptoms, inner supports, and readiness for this work. We also clarify intentions and practice grounding tools that help your nervous system feel resourced and held.

    2) Ketamine Sessions (In-Person Support)

During ketamine sessions, you are supported in a calm, attuned environment where you can soften into the experience, allowing emotions, insight, and inner wisdom to arise naturally. Support may include gentle guidance, emotional reassurance, energy work and grounding—always respecting your autonomy and inner journey.

    3) Integration (Afterward)

Integration sessions are where insight becomes embodied. This crucial phase provides space to reflect on what emerged, connect with meaning, and translate the experience into your everyday life. Together, we explore how the session may be guiding you toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and renewed connection.

This personalized approach prioritizes safety, nervous system regulation, and curiosity so the experience becomes not just a moment, but a meaningful path of healing.

  • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy may be a supportive option for individuals who feel “stuck” in patterns of depression, anxiety, trauma responses, or chronic stress. It can also be an opening for those who are seeking a deeper, more embodied path toward healing. Many clients are drawn to this work when traditional talk therapy has helped them understand their history, but they still feel limited by persistent symptoms, emotional numbness or repeating relational patterns.

A good candidate for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy with me is someone who values safety, pacing, and therapeutic support. This is not a quick fix or a one-time experience. This work is a relational and intentional process that includes preparation, guided support, and integration. Clients tend to benefit most when they are open to exploring their inner experience and ready to approach healing with curiosity, self-compassion, and commitment.

This work may be especially helpful for people navigating:

    • Depression or mood challenges

    • Anxiety, panic, rumination or chronic worry

    • PTSD, complex trauma or developmental trauma

    • Grief, life transitions or identity shifts

    • Emotional disconnection, numbness or burnout

    • Relational wounds, attachment patterns or self-worth struggles

    • Spiritual/emotional growth and inner exploration

  • In New York, ketamine-assisted therapy is legal when provided in collaboration with a licensed medical professional who is authorized to prescribe ketamine.

In NY, ketamine is currently the only psychedelic medicine that can be legally prescribed for therapeutic use outside of research settings. It is used “off-label” for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, which is both common and legally permitted in medical practice.

Other psychedelic substances — including psilocybin, MDMA, and LSD— are not legal for therapeutic use in New York outside of approved clinical trials.

In my practice, I only work with legal modalities. Ketamine dosing sessions are conducted in coordination with a licensed medical provider, and I provide therapeutic preparation and integration to support safety, intention, and meaning-making throughout the process.

If you are considering psychedelic therapy, I encourage you to:

    • Stay informed about current laws

    • Work experienced facilitators

    • Consult with a qualified medical provider

Laws and regulations are evolving, so it is always wise to verify current guidance.

  • Psychotherapy helps you explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and relationships through dialogue and awareness. Reiki complements this process by gently supporting the body and nervous system.

Often, insight happens cognitively first-we understand something-but our body may still hold tension, stress, or old emotional imprints. Reiki can help regulate the nervous system, soften defenses, and create a felt sense of safety that allows deeper therapeutic work to unfold.

    When integrated thoughtfully, Reiki can:

    • Support trauma healing by calming hyperarousal or shutdown

    • Reduce anxiety and stress

    • Deepen emotional processing

    • Strengthen mind–body awareness

    • Help insights from therapy feel more embodied

In Gestalt therapy, awareness of the present-moment experience- including bodily sensations-is central. Reiki can gently enhance this awareness, allowing clients to connect not just intellectually, but somatically and energetically.

Reiki is always optional and collaborative. Some clients incorporate it occasionally; others find it meaningful during particular seasons of healing. It offers another doorway into supporting the whole person, not just the mind.

  • Spirituality in therapy is always client-led.

For some, spirituality is connected to religion or faith. For others, it is about meaning, purpose, nature, energy, or a deeper connection to self or something greater. And for many, it is simply a quiet sense that there is more to life than what can be measured or explained.

I do not impose spiritual beliefs or frameworks. Instead, I create space for you to explore your own understanding of meaning, connection, and inner wisdom if that feels important to you.

At its heart, spirituality in therapy is about wholeness. It is about listening deeply to your emotions, your body, your values, and the deeper currents shaping your life.

Whether your orientation is religious, spiritual-but-not-religious, questioning, or secular, therapy can honor the part of you that longs for connection and deeper understanding.

If spirituality is important to you, it is welcome here.
If it is not, therapy can remain grounded and psychological.

The work is always shaped around you.
